About Me
I was born and raised in Lubango, a small city in southern Angola. At 15, I moved to the United States in pursuit of a better education—and since then, I've been lucky to call several places home, from Florida to Pennsylvania, and now Denver, Colorado, where I live with my wife, Maddie.
I've always been a passionate technologist and builder at heart. Growing up in Angola, I experienced the rollout of modern technology at a slower pace—believe it or not, I was still using dial-up internet well into the 2000s. That perspective shaped my deep appreciation for innovation and ultimately led me to pursue a degree in Computer Science at Penn State.
Since then, I've worked across a range of industries—from EdTech to banking—designing and building applications that are both purposeful and efficient. I also love creating quirky side projects and automations just for the fun of it.
When I'm not in front of a screen, you'll likely find me cycling or snowboarding, gaming with friends, or exploring the outdoors with Maddie.
Whether I'm in the zone coding, riding my bike, or just relaxing I love music and here are some of my favorite playlists.
